The United States of America continues its daily quest into the shitter.
A 6 year old girl has been arrested and charged with 1 felony, and 2 misdemeanors for throwing a tantrum at school.
I'm not even that old, but I remember when I was in Kindergarten, we had kids who threw tantrums. You know what happened to them? They were taken to the office, left in a room, their parents were called, and the kid was sent home for the day.
There's a reason most civilised countries don't allow you to charge anyone under a certain age with a crime. 6 is far too young to hold someone responsible for throwing a tantrum. Sure she shouldn't have done it. Sure she was misbehaving, but that doesn't warrant being arrested and actually arraigned on charges including a felony. It's nothing short of bullshit.
